It's been a while since I last updated my blog. A lot have happened I think. Haha. Don't know where to start. Oh well, I just finished my training in TeamBlue. At last, 10 weeks of training is done. It was long yet fun. I've learned a lot, made a lot of friends, got to know a few people from IBM. And, tomorrow, I have to start to hunt for jobs within IBM. I'm still not sure where I want to be. Maybe, I have to start my research tonight, to decide where to go. There will be interviews tomorrow with the manager from a few departments. I have to be prepared by then. ^_^

Officially, today I received my 1 month salary. And it's my first. The first half month salary that I received before raya doesn't count. Haha. Anyway, I have to start managing my own money, where I want it to be spent, how I want to spent it, and how much. Haha. Sounds hard. Yes, it is hard, since I want to use some and save some for the future. Haha.
My initial plan was, I want to save 50% of my salary, but it seems that it is a little bit ridiculous. I have to pay for my car, I need money for lunch, shopping, entertainment, gym, gas, etc.... Haha. I'll try to manage myself. Self control is important. It is IMPORTANT!! I'll try my best. Starting with using excel to budget my spending. ^_^

Selamat Hari Raya Aidil Fitri. Maaf Zahir n Batin. ^_^ sorry if I said it a bit too late. Haha. This year's raya is a bit short for me I guess and nothing much happened since I don't have any kampung to go to. But, oh well.
On Friday, the day before raya, Me & my mama went to IKEA to shop for some more stuff to put in our house, especially for our unfinished kitchen that has been 1-2 years in production. Haha. But before that, I went to the Post Office to send a package to my dear friend. ^_^ I sent her kuih raya, Jem Tart & Almond London. I hope it will arrive in 1 piece. hehe.
Then, on Saturday, Raya day, we woke up in the morning & went to solat aidilfitri. Then we had our breakfast and we went straight to my grandma's house just nearby. We continue eating a little bit more, then we had the salam2 & maaf2 ceremony, as well as bagi duit raya. haha. As someone who has just received his salary, I gave my sisters RM50 each. So generous of me. Haha. ^_^. Then the day just went on. Nothing interesting.
On Sunday, me & my mama went to IKEA again to buy more stuff. I bought 2 table for my room. At last, I have my own study table. ^_^. but it will be delivered on Monday.
So, actually, eventhough this was my first raya after 4 years of raya at the States. It was OK. But I really missed rayaing at US, with all my friends. haha. It was really fun. ^_^

24th September 2007, it's been awhile since I've seen a new born baby. And at last, one of us (among the family friends) had the first baby. Congratulations Azrain. My sister, Hanis was the one who got married first, then Azrain, the father of the new born child. And so, they named him Mikail Ahmad bin Azrain Ahmad (not sure how to spell his name). Now, he will call me uncle Aiman. Haha. I don't have his pictures right now but I will upload it later when I got it. ^_^. At the hospital, we all talked about stuff, and there was a ritual or adat or sunnah (i'm not really sure) where the father have to chew some of the tamar and put a small portion of it under the baby's lelangit and insyaAllah, the baby will behave like the father. So, Azrain's mom argued that, don't let Azrain do it. Haha. Instead, let Azrain's grandma do it. Haha.
By the way, looking at the baby, it feels like I'm having goosebumps. It's kind of terrifying to become a father, worrying what your child would become. I'm a bit afraid to hold a baby, afraid that my hand might get slipped. Haha. Anyway, congratz again, I pray that you'll be a great father, insyaAllah.
It's been a while since I last updated my blog. Well, I got my car at last last week on Wednesday. It's a black Proton Gen 2. I've waited for like a month, waiting for the loan to be approved and there were some unwanted things to happen such as the checks that my dad gave them were not cashed. It's kind of weird since that thing wasn't suppose to happen. It's either the bank or proton is at fault. (sigh..). Oh well, alhamdulillah I got my Gen 2 at last. That's a relief.
I have a few things that I want to change or modify on my car; change the skirting, paint it white.. flamy white.. hehe.. i can't think of other stuff right now. Maybe later on then.
